john greene Real Estate has announced its intent to invest in building a new Downtown Naperville Office Project at the corner of Aurora Avenue and Main Street. The proposed approximately 24,850-square-foot multi-tenant office building will be anchored by john greene Realtor and john greene Commercial. Inspired by the surrounding downtown architecture, the project combines high-quality design, enhanced landscaping, improved pedestrian connectivity, and modern office space to create a development that complements its surroundings while supporting Downtown Naperville’s continued growth and vitality. The investment reflects john greene’s longstanding commitment to the Naperville community and to the downtown.

Existing vacant buildings at 115 Aurora Avenue and 405 S. Main Street will be removed for the redevelopment. Plans call for a three-story building with a setback third floor and rooftop terrace designed to reduce the building’s perceived height from the street. Architecture is inspired by Downtown Naperville and the Water Street District, featuring traditional brick masonry with contemporary detailing and large windows designed to complement surrounding downtown buildings. 25 on-site parking spaces are planned at the rear of the building with alley access.
