The transaction was completed across multiple phases from 2023 through a final closing in May 2026, requiring strategic coordination across development timelines, infrastructure planning, and shifting market conditions.
Development Progress
South of 143rd Street, development is well underway. A CHILL cold storage facility has been completed, and DSV Global Transport and Logistics is currently under construction.
North of 143rd Street, two additional phases encompass a newly constructed 788k SF RJW Logistics facility, and the final 46.54-acre parcel slated for another 788k SF plus industrial warehouse and distribution facility.
Strategic Location & Infrastructure
The site sits along the western side of the 143rd Street corridor, which has undergone significant recent expansion. New connections linking Steiner Road to Ridge Road — along with ongoing eastward expansion toward Route 126 — provide direct access to I-55 via a northbound on-ramp and southbound off-ramp, positioning the site for strong logistics demand.
